The most distinctive feature of wines from Del Roba vineyard is the 40-50 year old vines with small berries resulting in a greater ratio of tannin-packed skin to juice. Due to the cooler micro climate of Combsville and longer hang time, these berries ripen slowly and create a rich “blue notes” Award winning characteristic.

Del Roba Vineyard is proud to present its award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, a true masterpiece crafted with passion and expertise. The bold and dry red wine is aged in French oak barrels, adding a touch of elegance and complexity to its already remarkable character.
The volcanic soil of Coombsville AVA imparts a distinct minerality to the wine, complemented by notes of blue fruits like black currants and hints of earthiness. As the wine ages in French oak barrels, it gains additional layers of complexity, with subtle nuances of spice, and toasted oak.
